What editing services do you offer?
We specialize in Lightroom editing services including culling, color correction, masking, straightening (STR), and cropping. We also work with your custom presets or our own, based on your preference.
How quickly can I get my images back?
Our standard turnaround time is 5–9 business days. However, we offer 24-hour delivery for urgent projects at an additional fee. We’re flexible and prioritize deadlines based on your needs.
Do I need to send you my presets?
Not necessarily! If you have a specific preset or style, feel free to share it with us. Otherwise, we’ll use our in-house professional presets tailored to your genre and tone.
What file types do you accept?
We primarily work with RAW files (like .CR2, .NEF, .ARW, etc.). We can also accept JPEGs if needed. Files can be shared via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
How much does it cost per image/event?
Pricing varies depending on the project size and service type. You can choose to be billed per image or per event. Visit our Services & Pricing page or contact us for a custom quote.
How do I share my RAW files with you?
You can upload your files using platforms like WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox and share the link with us directly. We’ll confirm receipt and start editing right away.
Can I request revisions?
Yes! Your satisfaction matters. Minor revisions are included in your service fee. We allow up to 2 free rounds of adjustments per project to make sure everything looks perfect.
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely! We work with photographers and studios from all over the world. Time zones aren’t an issue—we’ll coordinate with you to meet your deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
